Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SessionHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

Use License

SessionHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for lawful purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or copy our platform materials
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software on our platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer our materials to another person or entity

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Booking & Payments

• Bookings: When you book a studio, you agree to honor the booking and arrive at the scheduled time.
• Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. By booking, you authorize payment to the studio host minus our platform fee.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled case-by-case based on our cancellation policy.
• Cancellation: Studios set their own cancellation policies, which are displayed before booking.

Studio Hosts

If you list your studio on SessionHub, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of your studio and equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean recording environment
• Honor all confirmed bookings
• Respond to booking requests within 48 hours
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide proof of insurance (if required)

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or viruses
• Spam or solicit other users
• Discriminate based on protected characteristics

Intellectual Property

SessionHub and its content are owned by SessionHub and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to use it for our platform.

Disclaimer

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of our platform is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

SessionHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SessionHub from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Missouri.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
